"I received the attached recall notice from KIA about a seriously needed repair to my 2011 KIA Soul. I have made 4 calls to them to try to get the recall work done before my car catches on fire. The calls were made on 11/22/23, 11/28/23, 12/1/23 and 12/8/2023. I have been unable to connect with a KIA employee regarding this matter to this date. Because this is a fire hazard, I am requesting that the repairs be made no later than 1/31/24 and that I be provided with a rental car at KIA's expense until the work is satisfactorily completed. "I was driving past the Raceway in Virginia Beach on March 15, 2022 and saw there was a banner sign advertising that they had gas for $4.09 and $4.59. Since $4.09 was the cheapest I had seen that day, I pulled in to fill up. I put my debit card in the reader and after approval noticed that all the pumps had the 2 lower grade gasolines buttons removed so that you could only purchase the premium. Instead of filling up I purchased $15.02 because of that fraudulent practice. The next day I went back to the Raceway to get their posted complaint telephone number and called the corporate office. I filed a complaint giving them all of the information about the transaction and told them I wanted a call back. To date they have ignored me. Because of this I am requesting my $15.02 plus $25.00 for my time, paper, stamps and ink. They should be penalized for taking advantage of the public in this way because of high gas prices.
